Dashboards, integrations, automations, and AI where it actually earns its place. We build the software your business needs and nobody sells off the shelf.

brands we've worked with

Every business ends up with work no product on the market does properly: data living in five places, a process held together by spreadsheets, a report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. That’s what we build for.

  • Dashboards

  • Client portals
  • Admin panels
  • Centralized data
  • API integrations
  • Automations
  • Workflows
  • AI assistants
  • Chatbots
  • Document AI
  • Reporting
  • Analytics
  • CRM sync
  • Booking systems
  • Inventory tools
  • Quoting tools
  • Onboarding flows
  • Notifications
  • Scheduling
  • Web apps
  • Prototypes
  • Data cleanup
  • Invoicing
  • Custom software

We find where the time goes

We start by looking at how the work actually happens: the spreadsheet everyone edits at once, the copy-paste between two systems, the step only one person knows how to do. Most of the value is in picking the right thing to build, so we spend real time here before anyone writes a line of code.

We build the smallest useful thing

Not a platform, not a two-year roadmap: the one piece that removes the most manual work. It's in your team's hands in weeks, and it plugs into the tools you already use rather than asking everyone to move somewhere new.

We sharpen it and keep it running

Real use surfaces things no brief would have caught. We keep iterating while your team is in it, then stay on for the upkeep: hosting, fixes, and whatever's next on the list.

Made for the people using it

Internal tools have a reputation for being ugly and quietly hated. Ours aren't. We come from product design, and we build interfaces people are happy to open. The same care a customer-facing product gets, pointed at your team.

It fits how you already work

No rip-and-replace. We build on top of the tools your team already lives in and automate around your process, instead of handing everyone a new one to learn.

Something usable, fast

You see a working version in weeks, not quarters. We'd rather put a rough tool in your hands early and improve it with you than disappear for six months with a spec.

AI where it earns its place

We use it where it genuinely removes work (reading messy documents, drafting, sorting the unsortable) and leave it out where a plain button does the job better.

Start small, grow later

Begin with the one tool that clears the biggest bottleneck. Add to it once it's earned the right. No platform commitment, and no seats to buy for people who'll never log in.

pricing

Apps don't fit in tiers. What it costs depends entirely on what it has to do, so we scope and quote each one once we understand the problem. Here's the shape these usually take. Every one of them starts with a call.

  • a call before a quote
  • no seats to buy
  • built around your tools

One tool

scoped per build

The single thing that removes the most manual work: a dashboard, an internal app, an automation that runs without anyone watching it.

how it usually goes

  • Scoped, designed and built end to end

  • In your team's hands in weeks

faq

Dashboards, internal tools, client portals, integrations between systems that don't talk to each other, automations that replace manual steps, and AI features where they earn their place. If it's software your business needs and nobody sells off the shelf, it's probably us.

There’s no price list here on purpose: a tool that clears one bottleneck and a platform that runs your operation are completely different projects, and any number quoted before a conversation would be fiction. Tell us what’s slowing you down and we’ll scope it properly and put a real figure on it. Book a call. That part’s free.

Most first versions are in your team's hands within a few weeks. Bigger builds ship in pieces, so you're using something useful long before the whole thing is finished.

No. Most of what we build sits on top of your CRM, your spreadsheets, your accounting software, and makes them work together. Replacing something is a last resort, never the starting point.

Maybe not. AI is genuinely good at some things: reading messy documents, drafting, classifying, answering questions over your own data. It's a bad answer for plenty of others. We'll tell you which one yours is instead of selling you the feature.

You can run it yourself, or keep us on a flat monthly for hosting, maintenance and new features. Most people start with the second, because the list of ideas never really ends once the first tool proves itself.

Not at all. That's the normal starting point. Come with the frustration rather than the spec. Working out what's actually worth building is the first half of the job, and it's the half we enjoy most.
